Filing 18 MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER... Based on the foregoing, the Court denies Plaintiffs Motion for Recusal, Disqualification and Change of Venue (ECF No. 14); grants the TCU Defendants Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 6); grants Judge Meanss Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 10); and grants in part the TCU Defendants Motion for Sanctions (ECF No. 15). Plaintiffs claims against Texas Christian University, Victor J. Boschini, Jr., Clarence Scharbauer, Robert Ginsburg, McDonald Sanders, P.C., the Board of Trustees of TCU, Secretary of Army John McHugh, and United States District Judge Terry R. Means are hereby dismissed with prejudice.3 A final judgment will issue separately. The Clerk of Court is directed to transmit to each district and full-time magistrate judge of the Northern District of Texas a copy of this memorandum opinion and order.
