Filing 255 Memorandum Opinion and Order: For the foregoing reasons, the Court DENIES Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 243 ) with prejudice. Remaining for trial are Plaintiff's false-arrest claims against Defendants Anderson, Luna, and Trevino, and her excessive-force claim against Defendant Luna.
