The court further ORDERS that all claims asserted, or purported to be asserted, by plaintiff against any of the individual defendants in his/her individual ca pacity be, and are hereby, dismissed pursuant to the authority of 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915 (e) (2) and 1915A(b). The court further ORDERS that from this point forward United States of America is the only defendant in this action and that the style of this action shall be "Vincent E. Thomas, plaintiff, v.
