Opinion and Order: For the reasons discussed herein, it is therefore ORDERED that Respondent's motion to dismiss (ECF No. 9 ) is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that Petitioner Agnew's claims that he was subjected to excessive bond and t hat his counsel was not acting on his behalf are DISMISSED as moot; and Agnew's remaining claim that his rights under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act were violated is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction.
