The petition for rehearing en banc has been denied. We withdraw the prior opinion that issued February 15, 2022, and substitute the following prior opinion that issued February 15, 2022, and substitute the following.We reverse the district courts denial of qualified immunity on the excessive force claims and render judgment in Martins favor as to those claims. We express no opinion regarding the district courts dismissal of the plaintiffs other claims, which are not part of this appeal. For these reasons, we REVERSE the district courts denial of qualified immunity on the excessive force claims and RENDER summary judgment in Martins favor as to those claims.
