Memorandum Opinion and Order that the 37 Motion to Dismiss filed by Star-Telegram, Inc. be, and is hereby, granted in part and plaintiff's claims against Star-Telegram, Inc. asserted in Count Two for fraud in the inducement, Count Three for fraud by nondisclosure, Count Five for breach of fiduciaryduty, Count Eight for violation of the Sherman Act, and Count Nine for violation of the TFEAA be, and are hereby, dismissed. The court further ORDERS that the 34 Motion to Dismiss filed by Valassis Sales and Marketing Services, Inc. be, and is hereby, granted in its entirety and plaintiff's claims against Valassis be, and are hereby, dismissed.
