October 9, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER RETURNING CASE TO DISTRICT JUDGE: On September 19, 2018, an order issued noting that a filing fee had not been paid nor had the removing party completed a long-form application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). The order directed the removing party to either pay the filing and administrative fees or file a completed long-form application to proceed IFP within 14 days, and noted that failure to pay the applicable fees or file the long-form IFP application within 14 days could result in the dismissal of the action without further notice for failure to prosecute. A copy of this order was mailed to the removing party at the address of record. As of the date of this order, however, removing party Simmieon Hill has failed to cure the deficiencies, pay the filing and administrative fees, or otherwise file any document responsive to the deficiency order. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this action should be returned to the United States District Judge for such other action as may be deemed appropriate. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge Jeffrey L. September 19, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 5 Order and Notice of Deficiency: Simmieon Hill must address the following deficiency: The removing party has not filed a long form application to proceed IFP, and thus has not provided sufficient information about the income, assets, or employment history for him or any spouse. In order for the Court to make the determination regarding the pauper application, Plaintiff must provide complete and legible answers to all of the questions in the long form in-forma-pauperis application. Failure to comply with this order may lead to dismissal for failure to prosecute pursuant to FRCvP 41(b). Deadline to cure the deficiency is 14 days. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge Jeffrey L.
