Filing 6 ORDER: The Court, therefore, ORDERS that on or before January 28, 2019, Plaintiff shall file an amended pleading entitled "Plaintiff's Amended Complaint" in compliance with the pleading requirements of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a), as explained and clarified by the Supreme Court in Bell Atl. Corp. v. Twombly, 550 U.S. 544, 555 (2007) and Ashcroft v. Iqbal, 556 U.S. 662, 678 (2009), and the Local Civil Rules. Likewise, Defendant shall by February 11, 2019 file an answer or other responsive pleading to Plaintiff's Amended Complaint in compliance with the requirements of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Local Civil Rules.
