Filing 12 ORDER granting #11 Motion to Withdraw as Counsel and Requiring Notice of New Attorney or Intention to Proceed Pro Se. It is ORDERED that, no later than March 19, 2019, Plaintiff shall file with the Court a Notice of Appearance signed by new counsel for Plaintiff reflecting new counsel's name, address, and telephone and facsimile numbers. Alternatively, if Plaintiff desires to proceed pro se, his notice shall reflect his intention to proceed pro se and his correct address and telephone number. The Court notes that Local Civil Rules 5.1(e) & (f) require the parties to register an email address and as an electronic case ("ECF") filer. If Plaintiff files an intention to proceed pro se, he must also comply with this local rule no later March 19, 2019 and shall electronically file a notice of compliance with each of the requirements of this order.
