The court further ORDERS that, upon completion of such forms, the clerk issue summons, with copy of complaint attached, for service on defendant, and deliver them, and sufficient copies thereof, to the United States Marshal for the Northern District of Texas for service on defendant in the manner contemplated by the rule set forth above.
