ORDER... Came on for consideration the motion of movant, Bobby Wayne Reed, for reduction of sentence pursuant to section 404 of the First Step Act of 2018. The court finds that the motion should be denied. For the reasons explained in the court's order of January 16, 2015, and the findings, conclusions and recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge signed November 29, 2010, adopted December 27, 2010, movant was not entitled to any relief under the Fair Sentencing Act of 2010. Accordingly, he is not entitled to relief under the First Step Act. The court ORDERS that movant's motion be, and is hereby, denied. (Ordered by Senior Judge John McBryde on 7/9/2019) (wxc)
