AGREED ORDER OF ABATEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING CASE: Before the Court is the parties' Joint Motion to Abate Proceedings (doc. #9 ), announcing that all claims and issues in dispute between the parties have been resolved subject to the completion of certain obligations set forth in a Confidential Settlement Agreement, and asking that the Court administratively close this matter, but retain continuing jurisdiction over it, pending the completion of the terms of the settlement between and among the parties. The Court finds that the Agreed Motion to Abate Proceedings is well taken and should be and hereby is GRANTED. It is, therefore, ORDERED that this case is hereby ABATED and ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED, pending the completion of the matters agreed to between and among the parties to resolve this dispute as set forth in their Confidential Settlement Agreement. The Court retains continuing jurisdiction over this suit, including for purposes of enforcing the settlement between and among the parties. The parties scheduled their settlement to be completed as of May 15, 2020; and, provided that all terms of the settlement have been fully complied with by that date, counsel for the parties shall then separately move the Court to enter a dismissal of this matter, with prejudice.
