ORDER: Concerning the dispute regarding the use of Fact Sheets on pages 5 and 6 of the Report, the parties shall confer on or before December 20, 2019 regarding the MDL Plaintiff's Fact Sheet. Counsel for Plaintiff shall identify those requests that Plaintiff will answer and those that are objectionable. Plaintiff shall fully respond and serve answers to the non-objectionable requests on or before January 20, 2020. Defendant shall fully respond and serve answers to the MDL Defendants' Fact Sheet on or before thirty days after Plaintiff serves his answers. As to the portions of the MDL Plaintiff's Fact Sheet to which there are objections, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report on or before January 6, 2020. See Order for further specifics.
