ORDER: The court has received and reviewed the application of Christopher Rashard Brown for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2241 and finds that the following order should be entered: The court ORDERS that: (1) The Clerk shall serve true and correct copies of the application on respondent, Warden Wilson, at the Federal Correctional Institution, Fort Worth, Texas; (2) The Clerk shall serve true and correct copies of this order on applicant and on respondent, directed to the attention of the Civil Section Habeas Attorney, United States Attorney's Office, Fort Worth Division; (3) Respondent shall, by February 18, 2020, show cause by appropriate written filing why the writ should not be granted as requested; and (4) By March 3, 2020, applicant shall file and serve any reply he wishes to make to respondent's written filing. The clerk has served this order and will regenerate notice of the petition and supporting documents to the designated Assistant US Attorney.
