March 11, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ELECTRONIC ORDER transferring case to the Fort Worth Division of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Under the authority of Miscellaneous Order No. 6, this action is transferred to the Fort Worth Division, where venue is proper. See 42 U.S.C. 2000e-5(f)(3). Plaintiff filed this pro se action against Bell Helicopter Textron, complaining of discrimination under Title VII. See Doc. #3 . According to Plaintiff's Complaint, the events giving rise to this action i.e. the alleged unlawful employment practices occurred in Fort Worth, Texas, where he was employed by Defendant Bell Helicopter Textron.
