ORDER DENYING MOTIONS FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND GRANTING MOTION TO EXTEND TIME TO FILE AMENDED COMPLAINT: Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's "Motion for Entry of Default; and for Default Judgment And Hearing Request" (doc. #9 ) and Plaintiff's Supplemental "Motion for Entry of Default; and for Default Judgment" (doc. #12 ). After review of these motions and the responses thereto, the Court concludes that they should be and they are hereby DENIED.
