ORDER... Before the Court is Plaintiffs Sappington Garden, LLCs (Sappington) and Celtic Realty Acquisition, LLCs (Celtic) Complaint and Request for the Issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 1), filed June 24, 2020. Plaintiffs request that this Court enjoin the United States from enforcing the prohibition of sending eviction notices during the moratorium on evictions outlined in Section 4024(c)(2) of the CARES Act.
