It is f urther ORDERED that to the extent Heon Jong Yoo asserts a claim against Brian Barker, such claim is DISMISSED without prejudice to refiling under authority of 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) and 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii).
