ORDER DENYING MOTION TO REOPEN #9 ... Before the Court is Petitioners Motion to Re-Open and Install Place Holder until September 9, 2020 Pursuant to Rule 59 of the Fed. R. civ. P. (ECF No. 9) in this habeas action under 28 U.S.C. 2241. On August 4, 2020, the Court dismissed the petition without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction because Petitioner was not confined in this district. Op. & Order 2, ECF No. 7. Petitioner remains incarcerated in Greenville FCI; thus, the Court remains without jurisdiction to proceed.
