Whatley Road, Oakdale, Louisiana, and on respondent United States Parole Commission. The Clerk shall serve true and correct copies of this order on applicant and on respondents, directed to the attention of the Civil Section Habeas Attorney, United States Attorney's Office, Fort Worth Division. Respondents shall, by September 17, 2020, show cause by appropriate written filing why the writ should not be granted as requested.
