Filing 4 ORDER REGARDING BAR TO FILING IN FORMA PAUPERIS UNDER 28 U.S.C. 1915(g): As Burleson now has at least three strikes, he is BARRED from proceeding in forma pauperis in any civil action or appeal filed while he is detained or incarcerated in any facility unless he is under imminent danger of serious physical injury. It is therefore ORDERED that plaintiff Samuel Jedediah Burleson is barred from proceeding IFP under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g) and the motion to proceed IFP (ECF No. #2 ) is DENIED. It is further ORDERED that in order to proceed with this action, Burleson must pay to the clerk of Court the full filing and administrative fees of $400.00 within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order. Failure to timely pay the full filing and administrative fees to the clerk of Court may result in the dismissal of this action without further notice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b).
