ORDER: This civil action was filed in this Court on November 13, 2020. ECF No. #1 . On December 18, 2020, Plaintiff filed a summons returned as executed on December 9, 2020. ECF No. 6. As of the date of this order, Defendant has not filed an answer or responsive pleading, and Plaintiff has not requested an entry of default or otherwise taken steps to prosecute this case against Defendant. Accordingly, the Court directs Plaintiff to move for entry of default or voluntarily dismiss this case against Defendant on or before January 15, 2021.
