ORDER TO SEVER AND OPEN NEW HABEAS CORPUS CASE: It is therefore ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is directed to sever and remove the "Petition for Release Because [of] Delay in Trial" (ECF No. 2) from case [4:21-cv-15-O], open and randomly assign a new civil cause number, and docket the new habeas action under 28 U.S.C. 2241 with Danzelle Owens as the petitioner and the Tarrant County Sheriff as the respondent.
