ORDER OF DISMISSAL: Because Plaintiff Bloomer has failed to keep the Court apprised of his current address as required by the local rules, see N. D. Tex. Civ. R. 83.13 and 83.14, and in direct conflict with the instructions he signed, it appears that he no longer desires to pursue his claims in this cause. As a result, it is ORDERED that all of Plaintiff's claims are DISMISSED for lack of prosecution, without prejudice to being refiled. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). (Ordered by Judge Reed C.
