ORDER STAYING CASE PENDING EXHAUSTION: Because Navarro has paid all filing and administrative fees, rather than dismiss this lawsuit without prejudice, the Court, in the interest of justice, hereby stays this matter until June 30, 2021, to allow Navarro time to exhaust the inmate grievance procedures available at the Palo Pinto County Jail, if any. The Court directs Navarro to inform it on or before June 30, 2021, regarding whether he has completed the process of exhausting his remedies and to file with the Court copies of any documents related to his exhaustion of the inmate grievance procedures at the Palo Pinto County Jail.
