ORDER: On July 13, 2021, the Court set this matter for a status hearing to take place at 2:00 p.m. on July 14th, 2021 #8 . In that order, the Court directed Plaintiff and her counsel to appear for a status hearing on this matter to examine jurisdictional issues. Neither Plaintiff nor Plaintiff's counsel appeared or otherwise sought a continuance. Accordingly, Plaintiff and her counsel shall SHOW CAUSE as to why they should not be held in contempt or otherwise sanctioned for their disregard of the Courts order in this matter. ORDER DENYING MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AS MOOT and, ORDER RETURNING CASE TO DISTRICT JUDGE: On June 16, 2021, the undersigned issued an order noting deficiencies in the in-forma pauperis application, and directed the Plaintiff to either supply a newly completed in-forma-pauperis application or pay the applicable filing and administrative fees #4 . Plaintiff has subsequently had the entire filing and administrative fees paid 5 . Therefore, it is ORDERED that the motion to proceed in forma pauperis #2 is DENIED as moot.
