ORDER: After review of Gator Harwood's notice of removal and supporting documents, the Court has serious concerns regarding the parties diversity of citizenship. Therefore, Gator Harwood is ORDERED to file a brief-not to exceed 10 pages-on or before July 2, 2021, that explains why diversity jurisdiction exists in this case. Pool may file a response-not to exceed 10 pages-by July 16, 2021, and she, of course, may file any other motions or documents that she deems necessary. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the imposition of sanctions, and/or the dismissal of this case without prejudice, and/or remand of this case, without further notice.
