ORDER...On June 25, 2021, Plaintiff filed the instant complaint. ECF No. #1 . The same day, Plaintiff was notified of Local Rule 83.10 and reminded to file an appearance of local counsel within 14 days or risk dismissal without prejudice. ECF No. #3 . A review of the record reveals that as of the date of this order, Plaintiff is still not in compliance with Local Rule 83.10(a). Because Plaintiff has failed to follow the Local Rules of the Northern District, the Court ORDERS that this case is DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
