FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE: Before the Court is a request for an emergency injunction, filed on September 20, 2021. Torlincasi has failed to meet the elements required to justify the issuance of a preliminary injunction or temporary restraining order, and therefore, the undersigned RECOMMENDS that Torlincasi's request be DENIED. Likewise, the undersigned RECOMMENDS that Torlincasi's request for an order compelling a federal inquiry into tax violations be DENIED. Any party who objects to any part of these findings, conclusions, and recommendation must file specific written objections within 14 days after being served with a copy.
