Filing 8 ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff Jesse Baker's and Defendant General Motors, LLC's Joint Report. ECF No. #7 . For the following reasons, the Court instructs the Clerk of the Court to STRIKE and UNFILE the Original Joint Report. It is ORDERED that all parties, lead counsel, and local counsel to this litigation shall meet in person on or before on Thursday, December 23, 2021 to conduct a Scheduling Conference in accordance with the Court's original Meet and Confer Order #5 . Following the Scheduling Conference, the Parties shall submit an Amended Joint Report on or before December 27, 2021. It is further ORDERED that on or before 12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021, all counsel of record for all parties shall each read: (1) Dondi Properties Corp. v. Commerce Savings & Loan Assoc., 121 F.R.D. 284 (N.D. Tex. 1988); (2) the Local Civil Rules of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas; (3) the Texas Lawyer's Creed; (4) the Texas Rules of Professional Conduct; and (5) this Court's Judge Specific Requirements. It is further ORDERED that all counsel of record for all parties shall individually certify to the Court via a filed and sworn affidavit on or before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021, that they have read, understand, and will comply with these five documents throughout the remainder of this litigation.
