ORDER: The Court has reviewed the allegations in the Complaint. Although difficult to decipher, liberally construed, it appears that all the events about which Plaintiff complains took place at the Willaim P. Clements Unit, which is located in Amarillo, Texas, in the Amarillo Division of the Northern District of Texas. The Court, therefore, concludes that this case shall be transferred to the Amarillo Division. An Order of Transfer shall issue separately. (Ordered by Judge Mark Pittman on 11/19/2021) (mmw)
