ORDER: It is ORDERED that Leroy Washington's #24 motion for leave to file a handwritten petition for writ of habeas corpus is DENIED. It is further ORDERED that Washington's multiple non-responsive filings (ECF Nos. #6 , #8 , #9 , #12 , #13 , #14 , #16 , #17 , #18 , #19 , #20 , #21 , #22 , #23 , #25 , #26 , and #27 ) will NOT be addressed. Other than completing and filing the 2241 form, Washington must seek leave to file any additional document. Any document filed without a separate motion for leave, will be unfiled. It is further ORDERED that Washington remains obligated to fully complete and file the form petition for habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2241 previously provided to him, by no later than 2/11/2022. It is further ORDERED that failure to timely file the completed 2241 form petition for habeas corpus by the extended deadline will result in the dismissal of this case for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) without further notice.
