ORDER: On January 7, 2022, the Court issued a Meet and Confer Order (ECF No. #4 ). The order required the parties to file a joint status report by February 4, 2022, and detailed the contents and format of that report. Order 24, ECF No. 4. On February 4, the parties filed Agreed Scheduling Recommendations (ECF No. #8 ). The parties' filing does not comply with the Court's Meet and Confer Order. Among other things, the filing lacks a proposed trial date and contains no indication of a jury request or whether the parties consent to try the case before a magistrate. Accordingly, the Court DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to strike the Agreed Scheduling Recommendations (ECF No. #8 ) from the docket and ORDERS the parties to file a joint status report in compliance with the Courts order on or before February 8, 2022.
