ORDER: The Court is dubious as to whether it has jurisdiction over this case. The Court concludes briefing would assist it in resolving this concern. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Defendant to file a brief detailing its argument for the Court's jurisdiction over this dispute on or before February 11, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. The Court further ORDERS Plaintiff to file a response brief on this matter on or before 2/15/2022 at 5:00 p.m. If Defendant desires to file a reply brief, it must do so no later than 2/17/2022 at 5:00 p.m. Finally, the Court hereby sets the Motion for a hearing at 9:30 am on 2/18/2022 in the Fourth Floor Courtroom of the Eldon B. Mahon United States Court, 501 W 10th St., Fort Worth, Texas, 76102. Counsel for all Parties are ORDERED to attend and should be prepared to discuss the Court's jurisdiction to hear this case, or lack thereof, as well as all other matters in this dispute.
