April 22, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER DISMISSING CASE...this case is DISMISSED as barred by the three-strikes provision of 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). See Brown v. Megg, 857 F.3d 287 (5th Cir. 2017); see also Adepegba v. Hammons, 103 F.3d 383 (5th Cir. 1996), abrogated in part on other grounds by Coleman v. Tollefson, 575 U.S. 532 (2015). This dismissal is without prejudice to Alobas right to reopen the case if he pays the $402.00 filing and administrative fees and files a motion to reopen within 30 days of the date of this Order. April 6, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 4 Order and Notice of Deficiency: Oriyomi Sadiq Aloba must address the following deficiency: Although the Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA) does allow a prisoner to bring a civil action without prepayment of fees or security, a prisoner is required to pay the full amount of a filing fee. 28 U.S.C.A. 1915(b)(1). In order to obtain this payment, the Court is first required to assess and collect an initial partial filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). The statute further requires prisoners thereafter to pay the balance of the full filing fee. The statute also requires a prisoner to provide to the Court both an in forma pauperis application and a certificate of inmate trust account. Plaintiff Aloba has failed to submit these documents. Failure to comply with this order may lead to dismissal for failure to prosecute pursuant to FRCvP 41(b). Deadline to cure the deficiency is 30 days. (Ordered by Judge Mark Pittman on 4/6/2022) (wxc)
