April 29, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER:Local Rule 81.2 requires that "[w]ithin 21 days after the notice of removal is filed, the plaintiff shall file a separately signed certificate of interested persons that complies with [Local Rule] 3.1(c)" or adopt another party's previously filed certificate. N.D. TEX. CIV. R. 81.2; see also N.D. TEX. CIV. R. 3.1(c). The notice of removal was filed April 7, 2022. ECF No. #1 . Plaintiff Warren Whittle has failed to comply with Local Rule 81.2. Having considered the docket and this Courts practice of strictly enforcing the Local Rules,1 the Court concludes that the Case should be dismissed.
