May 2, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER: On April 29, 2022, Plaintiffs Gary Garcia, Jeremy Chad Pritchett, and Garcia & Pritchett Partners, LLC initiated the instant action. ECF No. #1 . Local Rule 3.1 states that a "complaint must be accompanied by a separately signed certificate of interested persons." N.D. TEX. CIV. R. 3.1(c). A review of the record reveals, however, that Plaintiffs failed to comply with Local Rule 3.1(c). Having considered the complaint, the state of the docket, and this Court's practice of strictly enforcing the Local Rules,1 the Court concludes that the Case should be dismissed. The Court therefore ORDERS that this case is DISMISSED without prejudice. (Ordered by Judge Mark Pittman on 5/2/2022) (sre)
