***STRICKEN AND UNFILED*** ORDER: On June 30, 2022, Plaintiff initiated this lawsuit. ECF No. #1 . From July 7 to July 18, proofs of service as to each defendant were filed. ECF Nos. #5 #9 . Over 21 days have passed since the last of the Defendants were served, and, as of the date of this Order, they have not filed an answer or otherwise properly responded to Plaintiff's Complaint. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff to seek entry of default from the Clerk of this Court and to file a motion for default judgment against Defendants on or before August 25, 2022. Otherwise, the Court may dismiss Plaintiff's action against these Defendants pursuant to Rule 41(b) for failure to prosecute. See FED. R. CIV. P.41(b); see also Larson v.
