ORDER...Before the Court is Defendants Notice of Removal. ECF No. #1 . After reviewing the Notice and related filings, the Court is quite dubious as to whether it has subject matter jurisdiction over this dispute. It is undisputed that the Parties in this case are non-diverse and it appears that Plaintiffs have stated plausible claims against all Defendants. The Court therefore ORDERS the Parties to each file a brief of no more than ten pages by July 19, 2022, explaining whether the Court has subject matter jurisdiction to hear this case.1 The Parties are advised that if the Court determines this case was improperly removed, attorneys fees will likely be awarded to the non-removing Parties.
