ORDER PERMITTING PROCEEDING IN THE DISTRICT COURT AND ORDER AND INSTRUCTIONS TO PARTIES: In accordance with the provision of 28 U.S.C. 1915, it is ORDERED that permission is hereby granted for the above named petitioner to proceed in forma pauperis in this cause. ECF No. #2 . It is further ORDERED that the clerk of the Court shall take the following indicated action, and the parties shall comply with the following directives: ( X ) A copy of this order, pending motions, and the amended petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2241 shall be served on respondent Bill Waybourn, Sheriff, Tarrant County, Texas.1 Responsive pleadings must be filed by him within sixty (60) days from the date of this order. A copy of all responsive pleadings should be served on Petitioner by mail.
