ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for Reinstatement After Dismissal ("Motion") based on the Court's dismissal of Plaintiff's claims without prejudice. ECF No. #12 . Having considered the Motion, docket entries, and applicable law, the Court concludes that it should be, and it is hereby, GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Accordingly, the Court VACATES the Dismissal Order (ECF No. 6) and Final Judgment (ECF No. #7 ). The Clerk of Court is INSTRUCTED to REOPEN this case.
