Additionally, Bustos must either pay the $5.00 filing fee or, if he cannot pay the fee, file an application to proceed in forma pauperis and certificate of inmate trust account in the new civil action, also within 30 days. Alternatively, if Bustos does not intend to pursue his habeas claims in the new civil action, he must notify the Court by filing a notice of voluntary dismissal within 30 days.
