Filing 15 ORDER: On October 19, 2022, Plaintiff initiated this lawsuit. ECF No. #1 . On November 3, 2022, Plaintiff filed proof of service of process, indicating that Defendants were served on October 26, 2022. ECF Nos. 610. Over twenty-one days have passed since Defendants were served and, as of the date of this Order, they have not filed answers or otherwise responded to Plaintiff's Complaint. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff to file a motion for default judgment against Defendants on or before December 23, 2022. Otherwise, the Court may dismiss Plaintiff's action against Defendants as authorized by Rule 41(b) for failure to prosecute. See FED. R. CIV. P.41(b); see also Larson v.
