December 7, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 14 ORDER REGARDING COMPLETION AND SERVICE OF SUMMONS : (With Special Instructions to the Clerk of Court) Plaintiff was granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. 1915(d) on November 21, 2022 [doc. 13]. The Court has reviewed Plaintiff's complaint and finds, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(d) and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(c)(3), that Plaintiff is entitled to have the summonses and complaint served upon Defendant H & R Block. The Clerk of Court is directed to complete one form 285 and two (2) summons forms per Defendant.
