ORDER: On November 23, 2022, the Court ordered the Parties to file a joint report on or before December 14, 2022. ECF No. #8 . Following the entry of this Order, the Court subsequently dismissed this case without prejudice due to Plaintiffs' counsel's failure to comply with the Local Rules. See ECF Nos. #12 , #13 . The Parties were therefore unable to comply with the Courts directive to file a joint report. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS the Parties to file a joint report in compliance with the Court's previous order on or before December 30, 2022.
