ORDER REGARDING SERVICE: The Court finds that, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(d) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c) (3) Plaintiff, Alexis C. Norman, is entitled to have the summons and complaint served by the United States Marshal. Rochon v. Dawson, 828 F.2d 1107, 110910 (5th Cir. 1987). The Court further finds that, in order to serve process, the Marshal will need one form 285 and two summons forms to be filled out by the Clerk for Defendant.
