December 1, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 12 ORDER Pending before the Court is pro se Plaintiff Drue Hollis Motion to Withdraw Funds from the Registry #3 . In his Motion, Hollis requests the United States District Clerk withdrawal twenty million dollars from the Court's Registry. On December 1,2022, pursuant to the screening provision of 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2), the Court issued its Findings, Conclusion, and Recommendation of dismissal of all Hollis' claims against Eyes on Camp Bowie, P.A. Accordingly, the Court finds the instant Motion should be denied as moot. It is therefore ORDERED Hollis' Motion to Withdraw Funds from the Registry of the Court is DENIED AS MOOT. November 28, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 9 FINDING, CONCLUSION, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE On November 23, 2022,pro se Plaintiff Drue Allen Hollis filed a Complaint #1 against Defendant Eyes on Camp Bowie, P.A. in the above-styled and referenced case. The undersigned FINDS that Hollis' litigation history has risen to the prevalence and level of harassment that existed in the cases cited above where sanctions were deemed appropriate.Based on the foregoing, the Court RECOMMENDS that Hollis is declared a vexatious litigant and that the District Court warn Hollis by order that (1) monetary sanctions may be imposed for future vexatious litigation considered to be abusive and harassing in nature, and (2) that Hollis must obtain leave to court by filing a motion before he is permitted to file any additional complaints in this district.
