January 5, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER... On January 4, 2023, pro se Plaintiffs (McGurns) filed an amended complaint against Defendant. ECF No. #6 . Because they paid the filing fee, the McGurns are now responsible for serving the Defendant with a summons and a copy of the amended complaint in this case as provided by Rule 4(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. If Defendant is not served within ninety days after the filing of the amended complaint, the action is subject to dismissal without prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). Accordingly, the McGurns must properly serve Matthew David Lemire by April 5, 2023. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge Hal R.
