ORDER: Before the Court is Defendant's unopposed motion for extension of time to file a responsive pleading. ECF No. #11 . Having considered the motion and the applicable law, the Court concludes that the motion should be, and it is hereby, GRANTED. Accordingly, Defendant shall answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's complaint on or before March 6, 2023.
