ORDER: Petitioner Michael Webb, a federal prisoner proceeding pro se, filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2241. See Pet., ECF No. #1 . For the following reasons, the Court CONSTRUES Webb's petition as seeking relief under 28 U.S.C. 2255. If Webb fails to comply with this order, the Court will dismiss this action without further notice for failure to prosecute. See FED. R. CIV. P. 41(b).
